Meet You at the Moonbeams
This digital painting I created has been an idea in my head for the last two months. It's inspired by the song "Rosemary" by Deftones. The music and the lyrics, as cheesy as it may sound, are incredibly special to me. It SCREAMS my mom. :) It jolts me to a point in time where it is non-existent. In another realm entirely where I meet with my mom in my dreams. Her memory, her love and her energy is felt between this space where we are able to connect again. I'm not sure if I'm finished with this piece. It's been a slow progress, and I may add more or I may not. It's been four months to the day since my mom has passed, yet, she remains very alive in my heart.

New Brush Fun
Downloaded some new digital paint brushes from Chris Wahl, and decided to play around with the brushes. It was a fast sorta thing, so nothing spectacular. Just abstract stuff. Trying to warm up some inspiration into art land again.

Midterm
My midterm finals for Graphic Design: We had to create three abstract designs that convey a mood. There were many studies involved when doing this (about 100 designs). I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent in creating the designs, and never felt like it was homework. These were the top three chosen from myself and my professor: Hesitant, Calm, and Anxious

Studies
Some studies for my Graphic Design class that I've been working on. I'm having a ton of fun using Adobe Fireworks and Photoshop. There's still much I need to learn with design as it's a work in progress. This semester has been nothing but fun.

Photoshop Project
Just a quick little post. I did this project for my Photoshop class. I'm having a lot of fun learning CS6, and can't wait to do more. This took me about 3-4 hours to do. Happy Halloween!
